In the 'pay-per-air' smart shared air compressor station model, all maintenance, servicing, and consumable replacements for the equipment are handled entirely by the operator. Clients do not need to bear any related costs or manpower. The specific division of responsibilities is as follows:

**Daily Operation and Maintenance**

The operator monitors the equipment's operating status (pressure, temperature, energy consumption, etc.) in real-time via the IoT platform and regularly conducts inspections, cleaning, tuning, and other maintenance work to ensure the equipment is always running efficiently. These tasks do not require client personnel to assist and will not affect the client's normal production.

**Consumable Replacement**

The operator covers the cost and performs the replacement of all equipment consumables, such as air filters, oil filters, oil separators, and lubricants. Consumables are replaced according to the manufacturer's recommended schedule to prevent a decline in air quality or equipment failure due to worn-out parts.

**Fault Repair and Major Overhaul**

When equipment malfunctions, the operator must respond and perform on-site repairs within the agreed time frame (usually 2-4 hours). Major overhauls of the main unit or replacement of core components after 3-5 years of operation are also handled entirely by the operator, with no repair costs borne by the client.

**Clear Division of Responsibilities**

Only the end pipelines and supplementary equipment within the client’s facility (such as secondary filters installed by the client) are the client's responsibility. If a fault occurs due to improper operation by the client (e.g., unauthorized pipeline modifications or improper air usage), the client will bear the associated repair costs. This will be clearly specified in the cooperation agreement.

The core advantage of this division of responsibilities is that clients are completely relieved from the operational burden of the air compressor station. They do not need dedicated staff to manage it, worry about consumables or repairs, and can focus solely on their own production.
